Brisbane has a subtropical climate with temperatures ranging between 9-20 C (48-68 F) in winter.

Getting There

Brisbane's main airport is located approximately 15-20 minutes drive (13 km) from Brisbane CBD and it is a 75 minute trip from the airport to the Gold Coast.

Airport transfers are readily available from the airport and there is a regular train and bus service straight to the city. If you have any problems you can visit the information Desk located in both the International and Domestic terminals for help with transfers.

Dress

Dress for all sessions is smart casual. Dress for the Congress Dinner is business/lounge suit or cocktail wear.

The time zone for Brisbane is 10 hours ahead of GMT. Please note there is no daylight savings in Queensland.
